| Program Overview A home for a family of five with four bedrooms, guest room, art room, library, play loft, living/solarium, dining and kitchen spaces. Design Features Construction features EIFS finish on ground level, wood shingles above and capped with a steel roof. An HRV unit coupled with radiant floor heating provides high levels of human comfort. Rooms are oriented around a two storey internal atrium. Solar features The south wall (shown above) has extensive glazing for the play lofts, children's bedrooms, art room and living/solarium. |
