	Program Overview An addition to an existing metal building providing first floor physical therapy and second floor apartments. This will be a pivotable structure in the rezoned South Burlington City Center, meeting the new criteria for streetside development. It will anchor the north end of the main street of the future town activity.		Design Challenges A green roof graces the top of the building, providing permeable surfaces for rain water, natural cooling, generation of oxygen and a quiet place for residents and clients to relax. The building uses steel framing with an outriggered thermal envelope.
